Home Values Rise

Hi Jennifer I have had my mom's home in Phila on the market since April and not one bite. I the Village of Neshaminy Falls community in the spring and fell in love with it,however my house just won't sell and all the homes in the community are selling like crazy. Any suggestions? thnx Angela
